Delivery & Returns | Electric Bikes
Sur-ron/Talaria/Super73 Complete Unit US Delivery

Delivery for mainland US & CANADA operates on a sliding scale dependent on the number of complete units (whole Sur-Ron/TALARIA/SUPER73 Electric Bikes) purchased. The base carriage rate for a single unit is $135 (inc VAT) for Sur-ron LBX E-Dirt Bikes and all other Sur-ron Electric Bike models. Delivery charges for other regions outside of the US & CANADA mainland (such as PUERTO RICO, etc.) will vary. If you wish to get a quote on delivery costs before purchase then please directly contact us (henceforth referred to as ‘us’). International delivery costs will vary substantially and international buyers should contact us always before purchase to check delivery costs. Delivery time of complete Sur-ron units varies depending on availably. Please contact us directly for current delivery times.

Sur-ron/talaria Electric Bike Parts Delivery & Returns

Delivery

A majority of fast moving items are held in stock and ready to go so if you order before 12 p.m. you are likely to get your item within 2 working days. However items that are not fast moving will have to be ordered from the factory, these items are 14 to 21 working days from our warehouse from which we endeavor to dispatch the items either on the same day or the next working day with our normal delivery policy. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. When your order has left our warehouse we will update you again via email with your tracking information. We send most of our parcels via our courier service depending on dimensions, weight and value of the items. So you will be able to go to the relevant service’s website enter your tracking number and see the current progress of your package.

Returns

14 calendar days are allowed to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The returns form on the bottom of the invoice you received with the invoice must also be included with the return. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this returns policy on any electrical items which have been opened or used in any way. Please take special care when ordering electrical items to avoid receiving an unusable and returnable part for your bike. Any items that are not in stock and placed on special order from the factory can be returned to us within the returns period but are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, this fee is 25% of the value of the item received, on top of any delivery fees incurred. This is due to the large amount of time non-stock items take for us to process once they have been returned to our warehouse. Your normal cancellation rights still apply. All returns due to customer error will have the full value of the products refunded when they have been returned and inspected for damage. However the customer will still be liable for all postage cost, this means the cost of the initial postage as well as the cost to return the product.

Please note that where we have made a mistake we are happy to pay return postage. However, the maximum we are able to refund is up to the original shipping cost.

Parts Warranty

All products supplied are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any pieces we recognize to be faulty. Said goods have to be returned, free, to our warehouse, packing and duties included. We make no other warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied and do not take any responsibility for consequential damages involved in the use of the products, even if defective. Non defective electrical items cannot be returned of they have been opened and or fitted to any machine.

Many components (Bars, Stems, Brakes and suspension) are interchangeable with most high-end Downhill MTB products to provide a massive range of performance and cosmetic upgrades to customize your machine Check out custom decals, Supermoto wheel kits, Component and suspension upgrades.
